If you disconnect the battery will it allow you to open it manually with the key in lock? Then once door open remove the door panel and disconnect the module so that the button only operates of the key and not the central locking????

Just a thought, not sure if this would work.

Thanks for the  help I got it sorted out. The outside handle had Jamed open on the mechanism so it wouldn't work. I had to remove the hinges the and cut the keeper of with a hacksaw blade to get the door open so I could get at the bolts for the door skin to replace the mechanism and keeper
