Air ride question

Recommended Posts

Just picked up my new project a 67 split screen van with air ride  it has a  8 switch controller for all wheel lift options which is fine, i want to reduce the options to 2 just lift all 4 and drop all 4  so van down then up, if you under stand me just want it simple to old for all that one wheel in the air stuff.

Wouldn't recommend all 4 up and all 4 down as it will make it incredibly boaty (yes I'm aware its a split screen van we are talking about) - if you really wanted to simplify it you could t-piece it so that the front axel comes from one valve and and the rear axel from another but ultimately each bag having its own valves is the best for handling as when you t-piece bags together the air will get pushed from bag to bag under corner load.

But in theory the process is the same, reduce the number of valves and then t-piece the lines.
