  1. Works for me on my phone, but not on Mark's phone??
  2. I went to the rally experience years ago cos it was the only one and it was great, then a few years back l went to one in Monaghan (cant remember the name) and it was first class, lots of different cars and highly recommended :-)
  3. Yes - we used ACW Motorsports Plastics for the Mk2 hillclimb car - a full window kit (bar the front windscreen) and can't recommend them highly enough. Options for different front windows (with circles or squares) and great customer service and delivery. Well worth it (If you want to have a look at the windows, give me a shout - we got the MSA approved windows, but they do different options).
  4. CRV but then I'm biased!!!!!
  5. Know what you mean about cost!! Can't picture Premier Inn being too fussy, plus you can fit more than 2 in each room, another cheap option would be Days Inn and you can be sure they really won't be too fussy (there's one on Hope Street and they've a sign outside showing rooms from £40ish per night)? That Days Inn would be closer to city centre/Dublin Road/Lisburn Road end of things, depending on where you were planning to go after Giants.
  6. Not sure what costs etc are like, but we book these apartments from time to time for work colleagues coming over from London: http://www.malonelodgehotelbelfast.com/hotels-apartments-northern-ireland/Apartments.aspx Maybe worth a look? Otherwise, possibly good deals at Premier Inn Titanic?
  7. Was great to see so many Mk1s there
  8. I like Campbells because the do on the road and off the road cover, meaning I insure the Mk1 for on the road while it's taxed during spring and summer, then SORN it and change to off the road cover - meaning it's still insured if anything were to happen to it while it's hibernating! Not sure if other companies will offer that.
  9. Great stuff!
  10. We got one a few years back off Ebay - quality was ok
  11. 1. Gavin & Clare 2. Gethin & Laura 3. Lenny & Heather 4. Sarah & Mark
  12. Yeah no plans for radio switchover as yet - just TV!
  13. As promised, pics of the centre caps on my Mk1 - I'm happy with these (part number 09.24.306 IHO 601 171 - not sure which bit is relevant and which isn't lol
