  1. Cheers boys, I'm right in saying that changing to a mk3 vr6 tank won't work then? As that's what I was planning on doing.

  3. Hi guys, New to the site. Had a look through a few other threads but I'm not really sure where to go with this. I have a 1990 GTI 16V which has a leaking fuel pump housing. I did a botch job for MOT last March with fuel tank putty but it looks like the issue has reared it's head. I know these are now discontinued so I'm unsure what my options are? I read something on another forum about possibly being able to switch the whole mk3 setup into the mk2.. is this true? Cheers, Peter
