  4. Paint Gauge

Hi I am having a bit of trouble with a new car purchase which has been damaged and poorly repaired and sold to me as not damaged. Looking for a paint thickness gauge to get an idea of extent of the damage was wondering if someone could help me out. Thanks Greg
  5. Hello So new car on the way at Christmas, buying my Dads Scirocco (the new shape). I am living in Aberdeen these days so looking at getting some winter wheels and tyres (currently 19" luganos fitted), want to keep the wheel size down to keep the tyre cost down I think 16" are the smallest I can get away with. Was thinking about just going the steel wheel route, etyres have what look like some pretty good deals. Might even get them powder coated. Other than that I was looking at some cheap alloys, was wondering if there is anything that might even look cool at 16"? My ideas so far: or But don't know if they will look any good with big profile tyres on a more modern car. Anyone got any thoughts/ideas?

  8. Moved to Scotland so the caddy is on hold until I get my own place, one day she will be done   Was speaking to Canavans today they seem reasonable its just a little alkward to get the wheels there and back. Anyone got any experience in only getting one wheel done? color match wise? Tempted to go the whole hog... Link!
  9. Hi guys So i am buying my Dads scirocco in the coming months, issue being he recently kerbed the 19" luganos.
